Women from other tribes have gone on Facebook to defend Igbo men after a woman released a video suggesting that Igbo men do not want to marry a woman who is not already made.
Her video went viral and immediately got opposing views from women from other tribes who told her that she was wrong.
One Yoruba woman stated that “nobody develops their spouses like Igbo men.”
She added that she is with an Igbo man who is sponsoring her Master’s education.
A woman from Plateau also weighed in, stating that “Igbo men are the highest men who have brought our ladies from poverty.”
