Trabzonspor will make a move for Paul Onuachu when the transfer window reopens in January.

Onuachu spent the 2023/24 season on loan with the Black Sea Storm from Southampton.

The 30-year-old made a big impression at the club, scoring 17 goals and providing four assists in 25 league appearances.

Trabzonspor, however, failed to sign him on a permanent deal after their €7m offer was rejected by Southampton.

The Nigeria international has only played 42 minutes in four matches for Southampton this season.

He joined the Saints from Belgian Pro League KRC Genk in January 2023.
